Product directions:

• Pull fastener through buckle, with the blue tendon pad cushion facing the skin, creating a loop.
• With fastener facing away from the body, slide the brace up the forearm.
• Position the tendon pad cushion and secure the brace directly below the elbow toward the outside of the forearm, or as directed by a physician.
• Read application instructions carefully before use and talk to your GP or a qualified physio if symptoms don't improve after 48 hours or if you've any concerns about a new or existing injury.
