Product directions:

• Place your thumb in the loop ensuring the smooth side faces the skin.
• Wrap the support around your wrist - starting over the wrist.
• Attach the strap to the support and adjust until it feels firm yet comfortable.
• Read application instructions carefully before use and talk to your GP or a qualified physio if symptoms don't improve after 48 hours or if you've any concerns about a new or existing injury.
