Adjustable Neoprene Supports can be used to support recently injured, or healing tissues. They work by supporting joints and muscles, more firmly than elasticated supports, keeping them warm to aid faster healing of common minor sports injuries such as sprains and bruises.

Product directions:

• Place the support over your knee ensuring the smooth side faces the skin.
• The single strap should be outside the leg and the hole over the knee cap.
• Hold the support in place so that the hole remains over the knee cap, and wrap the middle strap under your knee and attach to the support.
• Wrap each of the remaining outside wraps under your knee and attach them to the support.
• Hold the support in place and adjust until it feels firm yet comfortable.
• Read application instructions carefully before use and talk to your GP or a qualified physio if symptoms don't improve after 48 hours or if you've any concerns about a new or existing injury.
