Product directions:

• Turn the palm of the hand face up.
• Place the cushioned pad on the wrist (Velcro side up) and keeping both straps together, wrap the under strap firmly around the wrist, then wrap the second strap in the same direction.
• Read application instructions before use and don't forget to talk to your GP or a qualified physio if symptoms don't improve within 48 hours or you have any concerns about a new or existing injury.
