The Elastoplast Everyday Ankle Support has been designed using an adjustable strap system and Velcro for superb fit, comfort and support. Aids healing by gently compressing injured tissues.

Product description:

• Fully adjustable, Velcro fasteners.
• Available for ankle (20.5cm - 23cm) RSP £10.29.
• Re-usable and washable.
• Designed for comfort.
• Skin-friendly, breathable fabric.
• Contains Polyester, Elastodiene and Nylon.

Product directions:

• Hold the ankle at a 90 degree angle.
• Slide the foot in the elasticated part (see diagram on packaging for left ankle, for right ankle turn the support inside out).
• Wrap the support around the ankle.
• Attach the Velcro to the bandage, adjusting the strap until comfortable.
• Avoid attaching Velcro on the instep as this may cause irritation when wearing shoes.
• Read application instructions before use and don't forget to talk to your GP or a qualified physio if symptoms don't improve within 48 hours or you have any concerns about a new or existing injury.
